Elia Rose's Story

Elia Rose is known as the Tortilla Lady.

She rises each day at 5:00am to make tortillas for people in her neighborhood. She got a loan to buy larger amounts of corn outside of the city at cheaper prices and her business has grown. She now makes 200 tortillas a day and the future is looking up.
